Introduction to FPAA101D Fire Sprinkler Systems Course

Industry-leading training course providing an
introduction to FPAA101D residential fire sprinkler system
design.
This course is non-accredited and students will be issued
with a non-accredited Certificate of Completion on successful
completion of the course.
Overview
This course is provided for members of the construction
industry, with a particular focus on plumbers and sprinkler fitters
who will be involved in the design and installation of FPAA101D
(Drinking Water Supply) systems.
FPAA101D (Drinking Water Supply) is a National Construction Code
Deemed-To-Satisfy sprinkler systems available to be installed in
Class 2 and 3 buildings of not more than 25m high.
The Introduction to FPAA101D Fire Sprinkler System
course would benefit regulators and authorities who would like to
learn and understand more about the unique aspects of this novel
drinking water supplied sprinkler system.
The Introduction to FPAA101D Fire Sprinkler System
course would also benefit practitioners who need to demonstrate
that they have the sufficient knowledge and skills to work on the
design and/or installation of FPAA101D (Drinking Water Supply)
systems, or other residential fire sprinkler systems.
This course is a non-accredited training course, provided by FPA
Australia.
To install FPAA101D systems you should be a registered water
plumber. FPA Australia recommends you check and comply with your
State/Territory plumbing regulations.
Upon successful completion of the course, applicants will be
issued with a Certificate of Completion.
Course Duration and Structure
This course is delivered entirely online and comprises a series
of five (5) modules with a self-assessment quiz to be completed at
the end of each Module.

This course is open for 10 weeks from the
date of enrolment. The date of enrolment is the date that you
receive an enrolment confirmation email from the FPA Australia
Training Department.
Learners who are unable to complete the
course within the 10-week period will be withdrawn from the course
and will not be issued a Certificate of Completion.
Learners will need to re-enrol into the
course subject to the full fee being payable again, if
required.
No refund will be applied if you are
withdrawn from the course.

Fees and Payment
A non-refundable, non-transferable payment of $440 (incl.
GST), is required to be pre-paid during enrolment, and prior
to commencing the course.
