Are Technical Specifications available as a soft copy?

 

At this stage, the Technical Specifications are only available as hard copies.

 

How long will my delivery take?

The 'submit button on the order forms is not working, has my order been received?

 

Depending on the computer system you are using, the 'submit' button on your order form may not work. If you are unsure if your order has been received by FPA Australia, please call the member services department on 03 8892 3181.
If the order form has not submitted through the 'submit' button, please email your completed order form to shop@fpaa.com.au

 

When will I receive tracking details for my order?

 

Tracking details are emailed through to you once they have been made available by the supplier. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking links to be emailed to you.

 

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?

 

Yes. Orders can be delivered to a PO Box, however tracking details are not provided for these deliveries.

 

I've ordered the incorrect logbook/s, how and where do I return my order?

 

If you have ordered the wrong logbooks, or you have received damaged goods, please complete the 'return form' found here and email it to shop@fpaa.com.au.

Please note that if the logbooks are returned due to a 'change of mind', or due to the incorrect logbook/s being ordered, confirmation that the goods have been returned in sellable condition will be required before the new logbooks can be sent. A restocking fee of $30 (incl. GST) will apply for orders that were returned due to no fault of FPA Australia.

 

Where do I return my order?

 

If you need to return your order, please complete the 'return form' and have the goods sent to:
(Attention to Dispatch), Eastern Press, 37-39 Glenvale, Crescent, Mulgrave 3170.
