FPAS FSA FAQs

The Fire Protection Accreditation Scheme (FPAS) is being recognised by the NSW Government as evidence of competency for fire safety assessors (FSA).

To be approved for accreditation, applicants for Fire Safety Assessment or Fire Systems Design must demonstrate that they have experience, sign a Code of Professional Conduct, hold appropriate insurances, and pass relevant exams.

These pages answer some of the FAQs that have been raised with Fire Protection Association Australia (FPA Australia) over the last 12 months.
