NTAC is the National Technical Advisory Committee that meets
quarterly and ensures that all TACs and SIGs are running
The committee is also responsible for assisting the Association
to develop effective working relationships with key policy and
standards bodies such as Standards Australia, Australian Building
Codes Board, government departments and their statutory bodies.
In addition NTAC provides technical advice to the Association's
Board of Directors and CEO on matters of policy relating to
technical, regulatory and training matters.
The committee is made up of the chairs of the TACs and SIGs, up
to 2 co-opted members, the FPA Australia CEO, the FPA Australia
National President and has a member of the FPA Australia board as
