Purchasing
FPA Australia does not offer credit. Payment is required prior
to goods being delivered. All orders will be processed within
2-3 working days and most will be filled ex stock. Items not in
stock usually take around 4 weeks to deliver - purchasers will be
advised of any delay. Postage and handling charges apply to all
orders. Prices quoted include GST and are subject to change
without notice. Member and quantity discounts are available to
current financial members only. FPA Australia must be
notified within 30 days from date of invoice if goods are not
received. If notification is not received in this time, FPA
Australia will not be held liable for missing goods. All
items sold are processed in AUD.
Refunds
Please choose any goods or services purchased from FPA Australia
carefully. We do not normally offer refunds if you simply change
your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a
refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been
wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the
website or do not meet the product description

details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit
SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.
